Nordson motionless mixer 7700381 is designed for high-pressure mixing of two part adhesives or sealants and other fluids. The maximum operating pressure is 250 psi at which point the elements may deform. Unlike Series 85 mixers, this mixer has removable steel elements, for ease of cleaning – typically done with a solvent wash. These “pipe” mixers can be coupled together with pipe connectors to create longer inline mixers using the male threaded NPT pipe end.

In-line static mixer 7700381 is used for mixing epoxy, silicone, acrylic, methacrylate, polyurethane, polysulfide and other adhesives as well as sealants and coatings. A typical application is for the production of biodiesel fuel.
